Tae Kwon Do
Developed as a fighting style centuries ago by the warriors of Korea's 3 ancient kingdoms to form a defense against surrounding countries, Tae Kwon Do has become the national sport of Korea and the world's most widely practiced martial art. Literally translated as “the way of the hands and feet”, it is a martial arts way of life that harmonizes the mind and the body. The emphasis of leg kicks and jumping acrobatics make Tae Kwon Do very fun to watch, but not easy to master. It can be enjoyed an Olympic sport, artistic discipline, system of self-defense, and an excellent means of exercise. (more....)

Hap Ki Do

The Korean Art of Self Defense, Hap Ki Do is considered a "soft" style of Martial Art ; where the practitioner diverts or suppresses an attacker's flow of energy peacefully, allowing him to use the attackers own power against him. (more....)

Kum Do
Saturday @ 12:30-1:20PM and Tuesday 5:10-6:00PM. Darimar Tae Kwon Do students will receive a 20% discount.
Hay Dong Kum Do and weapons training further reinforces the Martial Arts regimen by improving the effectiveness of Ki training. Because weapons are extensions of our bodies, their use is conducive to maximized circulation and energy flow. (more...)

Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics class is taught by Dr. Christopher Walker who has been teaching gymnastics for many
years. Dr. Walker is a podiatrist and a former professional gymnast! We have full equipment for the gymnastic
classes and teach tumbling, conditioning, injury prevention, and much more. Our gymnastics class welcomes students at
all levels from beginners to advanced, and ages 6 and above. The classes are incredibly personalized and fun! |
